Mr. P নামক একজন মধ্যবয়েসী ভদ্রলোক আপনার কাছে আসলেন ২ মাস ধরে দূর্বলতা আর "হঠাৎ হঠাৎ সকালবেলা কালচে প্রস্রাব" হওয়ার সমস্যা নিয়ে। আগের কিস্তিতে আমরা দেখেছিলাম, Mr. P যে রোগটায় ভুগছেন সেটা Paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria. আমরা এই PNHএর নাটবল্টুও বুঝেছি। আজ আমরা দেখব জনাব P কে সুস্থ ফিল করানোর জন্য আমরা কী করতে পারি।

Pathologyতে অনেকের কাছে একটা বড় আতঙ্ক হল কিম্ভূতকিমাকার নামবিশিষ্ট আজগুবি সব cell কোনটা কোন রোগে পাওয়া যায় - সেটা মাথায় রাখা। কাজটা একেবারে জলবৎ তরলং করা সম্ভব না - তবে বুঝে পড়লে জিনিসটা অনেকাংশেই সহজ হয়। সেই টার্গেট থেকে আজ আমরা নামব target cells বুঝতে।
